Comments on Strengthening the Resilience of the Banking Sector - Consultative Document

Goldman Sachs provides comments on the consultative document entitled "Strengthening the Resilience of the Banking Sector."  In light of the recent financial crisis, there is clear need for globally co-ordinated reforms to address weaknesses in the financial system, and we would like to express our appreciation of the efforts that have been made by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision to contribute to these proposals.
